For a smooth enrollment, prepare the company information, operator details,
mobile money till information, and the Android devices that will be used by the operators.
Company Account
One BelloCash company account becomes the central management point
for your operators, branches, tills and device activity.
Operator Accounts
Each operator should have an individual BelloCash account so
activity can be attributed to the correct staff member.
Operator Devices
Use the Android device that actually receives the operator's
mobile money transaction SMS messages.
Enrollment Procedure
Complete the following steps in order. This ensures that every monitored
device is linked to the correct company, operator, branch and till.
1
Create the Company Account
Visit www.bellocash.com and sign up for a BelloCash
company account. The person creating the account should normally
be the business owner, administrator or authorized manager.
Enter the correct company information.
Use a company-controlled email address and phone number.
Create a strong administrator password.
Complete any account verification requested by BelloCash.
Sign in to the web dashboard after registration.
2
Set Up Branches Where Applicable
If the business operates from more than one location, register
the branches before registering the operators.
Create each active branch or operating location.
Use clear branch names that staff can easily recognize.
Confirm that the branch structure matches the real business setup.
3
Register Operator Accounts
Create a separate BelloCash user account for every operator
whose device will be monitored.
Enter the operator's correct name and contact information.
Assign the operator to the correct branch.
Assign the appropriate user role and permissions.
Provide the operator with their own login credentials.
Avoid sharing one operator account between multiple people.
4
Register Mobile Money Tills
Register the mobile money tills, agent accounts or service lines
used by the business and assign them to the appropriate operators.
Select the correct mobile money provider.
Record the correct till or agent identification details.
Assign each till to the operator responsible for using it.
Confirm the correct branch assignment.
Keep inactive or transferred tills updated in BelloCash.
5
Install BelloCash on the Operator's Android Device
Install the BelloCash Android application on the actual phone
used by the operator for daily mobile money operations.
Use the official BelloCash application supplied by your company or BelloCash.
Confirm that the device has an active internet connection.
Confirm that the correct SIM card or SIM cards are installed.
Open BelloCash and sign in using that operator's account.
Do not use another operator's credentials on the device.
6
Grant the Required Device Permissions
During first-time setup, BelloCash will request permissions
required for device audit and mobile money SMS monitoring.
Allow the requested permissions one at a time.
Allow SMS access required for capturing mobile money transaction messages.
Allow phone/SIM information access where requested for SIM and device audit.
Enable BelloCash device protection when requested by the application.
Do not disable the required permissions after enrollment.
Why permissions are required
BelloCash uses the approved permissions to associate mobile money
messages and device information with the correct company/operator
for operational monitoring and audit purposes.
7
Verify Device Enrollment
Before handing the phone back to the operator, confirm from the
BelloCash dashboard that the device is communicating correctly.
Confirm the operator can successfully sign in.
Confirm the device appears in the Device Audit section.
Confirm the expected SIM/provider information is visible.
Confirm new SMS activity can reach the BelloCash server.
Confirm registered tills are assigned to the correct operator.
8
Begin Monitoring Operations
Once enrollment is complete, authorized company users can use
BelloCash's web dashboard to review operational activity from
enrolled operator devices.
Review captured SMS logs and device activity.
Review SIM audit and device health information.
Review Mobile Money Intelligence reports where available.
Monitor provider transaction activity extracted from supported SMS formats.
Investigate unusual, duplicate, partial or unrecognized activity.
Use branch and staff reports to support operational supervision.
Recommended Company Enrollment Controls
These controls help keep device monitoring reliable and make the
information in BelloCash easier to audit.
One Operator, One Account
Avoid shared user accounts. Each operator should sign in using their own BelloCash account.
Enroll the Real Work Device
Install BelloCash on the phone that actually receives the mobile money provider messages used by the operator.
Keep Assignments Updated
Update BelloCash when a till, SIM, device, operator or branch assignment changes.
Maintain Connectivity
Keep the device connected to the internet regularly so captured activity can synchronize with BelloCash.
Protect Administrator Access
Only authorized managers should have access to company settings, user management and device audit reports.
Review Device Health
Regularly check for devices that have stopped reporting, changed SIMs or show unusual activity.

An operator device should only be considered fully enrolled after all
of the following have been confirmed.

Important Operational and Privacy Notice
Authorized business use
Device monitoring should be used only on company-managed or appropriately
authorized operator devices. The company should inform operators about
the monitoring controls in use and follow its internal policies and
applicable privacy, employment and communications laws.
SMS-derived information
Where BelloCash extracts transaction information from provider SMS messages,
the extracted information is intended for monitoring, management and audit
support. Companies should continue to follow their normal accounting and
reconciliation procedures.
